Constitution And Strategic Plan
Perth Inner City Youth Service Inc was first incorporated on the 13th of January 1982. On 20 December 2024 the organisation changed legal entity to become a Public Company Limited and remains a charitable organisation registered with the Australian Not for Profit Commission, ACNC.
The current Constitution outlines the purpose and rules of the Company.
Company membership is open to Organisations and Individuals who wish to become supportive members and work together to achieve the purpose and objectives as outlined in the Constitution.

PICYS’ current Strategic Directions include:
Give “Voice” to young people and their journeys.
Provide young people with quality person-centred services,
reflective and respectful of culture, lived experience and identity.
Support and promote connections between young people and
their communities.
Continue to provide quality Services based on reflective practice, informed by evidence and research.
Provide Services to young people that attend to the broader social Impact on their mental health, wellbeing, and access to stable accommodation.
All PICYS’ endeavours and activities pursue outcomes in the above Strategic Directions, working within our Values framework and focused on our primary beneficiary – the young people.
