Andrew Hall JP

CEO

(He/Him/His)

 

Andrew has a life motto is “Justice Peace and Joy for all” which has influenced his professional commitments and work since he commenced Youthwork in April 1985.

He is passionate about people having the opportunity to live their best life, alongside and with other people also living their best life, plus people’s active citizenship and community participation. Andrew has complemented his work with a Masters in Business Leadership and a number of leadership, business and for purpose development courses. He has also served the WA community as a Justice of Peace for over 20 years.

Andrew’s other passions include time with his family and friends, tinkering in his shed and backyard, playing and listening to Blues music, and riding his chopper motorcycle.

Dani Wright Toussaint

Youth Services Manager

(They/Them/Theirs)

Dani has worked in human services supporting young people experiencing mental health and systemic challenges for over 20 years. Prior to their time at PICYS Dani achieved a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours from Edith Cowan University, was the Freedom Centre Coordinator for 10 years and worked on the Telethon Kids Institute TransPathways research project. In 2018 Dani started at PICYS as the Trans Homelessness Pathways project officer and has since worked as a youth worker in HouseHold Network and Pillar before becoming the Pillar coordinator and Youth Services Manager. Dani loves bird watching and spending time out in nature.

Maddii Bovell

HouseHold Network Coordinator

(She/Her)

Maddii is passionate about addressing youth homelessness, bringing 7 years of experience in the Youth Sector. With a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Minor in Counselling (2017), she has a strong foundation for supporting young people facing homelessness and mental health challenges. Maddii began her career working directly with youth in both accommodation and case management before beginning her role coordinating the Household Network at PICYS in 2022. Outside of work, Maddii loves spending time with friends and family, in particular her nieces and nephews and her dogs - Milo and Halli. Maddii also enjoys many different types of crafts and getting out and about in nature.

Judy Summers

Finance and Operations Coordinator

(She/Her)

Judy has been a passionate advocate of resourcing community services since 1999 with a keen interest in rural communities, families and wellbeing. Judy joined PICYS in 2021 and brought her extensive financial management skills to the team as well as overseeing the management of the agency’s resources.

Judy loves time with her grandies and family, travelling to new countries and trying their local cuisines, and is a keen “retired” sports player who nowadays is more an over enthusiastic “vocal” spectator.
